Residential Services Coordinator: This position requires the coordination and management of supervised apartment sites based upon our customers' individual service plan. The full time hours for this position are from 3pm to 9pm weekdays and alternating weekends.

Day Services Instructor: An instructor responsible for individualized educational and vocational training of our customers who attend daily programming at our main facility. The full time hours for this position are from 8am to 4pm weekdays and include two Saturday shifts per month.

Integration/Activity Specialist: An integration specialist plans and coordinates community activities based upon our customers' individual service plans. The full time / part time hours for this position are from 3pm to 9pm weekdays and include two alternating weekends per month.

Code of Ethics

The following code of ethics embodies the standards of conduct expected of each ICR of WI, Inc. employee during his/her professional relationships with customers' families/guardians, professional colleagues and the general community. In abiding by this code, it is understood that employees of ICR of WI, Inc. view their obligations in as wide a context as the situation requires, considering all of the following principles. Employees must always choose a course of action that is consistent with the spirit and intent of this code:

Principals of Conduct
  • Employees recognize that it is his/her responsibility to be role models for ICR customers and that his/her behavior must always be judged to be in the customer's best interest
  • Employees recognize that community support services for people with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness must be based upon humanitarian and democratic ideals
  • Employees must be dedicated to assisting our customers with the expression of their decisions, personal choices and preferences
  • Employees understand that it is important to support our customers with living dignified lives by assisting them with participating in community activities with people of all levels of abilities and skills. This includes integrating customer routines, choices and lifestyle needs with community resources to the fullest extent possible
  • Employees respect the privacy and confidentiality of ICR customers
  • Employees recognize and accept professional responsibility to contribute any/all ideas, findings, concepts, knowledge related to providing service to our customers
  • Employees base their services and activities upon the developmental model
  • Employees understand that they are expected to participate in and successfully complete ongoing training and educational experience throughout their employment with ICR
  • Employees shall not discriminate because of color, religion, age, sex, handicap, or national ancestry
  • Employees shall be held accountable for all statements and/or actions made while providing services to ICR customers, their families or other involved parties
