Integrated Community Resources of Wisconsin, Inc. is a community-based human service agency incorporated in 1992 to provide supportive services for people with developmental disabilities and their families.
ICR of Wisconsin, Inc. has had numerous state and county contracts for a wide array of services. From 1994 to 1996, ICR of WI, Inc. conducted statewide pre-admission screens and annual resident reviews for each person with developmental disabilities/mental health diagnoses residing in a nursing home. During this time, ICR of WI, Inc. facilitated specialized service recommendations for thousands of individuals resulting in transfers to less restrictive residential settings.
Since then, ICR of WI, Inc. has expanded its planning and placement services, using a multi-disciplinary team approach to include:- Supervised apartment programs with 24-hour day support designed to meet the individual needs of each of our customers
- Day services educational programming, vocational training and community-based outings to movies, museums, parks and restaurants
- Community Integration services tailored to individual preferences and ability
- Summer camping for a weeks stay in the scenic Wisconsin Dells
- Respite services
- Case management services
- Behavioral/psychological consultation
- Timewalk planning services
